Alabama's dim hate-filled Klan loving Senator Left the warmth and familiarity of Fox for a moment to complain on CNN that Judge Sotomayor isn't answering questions to his satisfaction and called her testimony "muddled" and unclear, in comparison to Alito's and Roberts' Testimony.
Since the KKK's most outspoken leader in the Senate isn't known for having any measurable intelligence, he couldn't even get into a real school and attended an unaccredited Bible College!
That seems to be a theme in modern Republican politics.....
Senator Reid's office put together an actual video showing Alito's and Roberts' clarity, consistency and forthrightness in answering questions.
I don't know why this weasel rubs me the wrong way, maybe it's the fact that he is a dyed in the wool racist himself? He makes me extremely angry, and it doesn't help that he talks like Forest Gump, is and has an obvious Napoleon complex.
He called a fellow attorney a "Disgrace to his race" for taking Black clients, he called a Black attorney "Boy", and once called the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and the American Civil Liberties Union “un-American” and “communist-inspired.” because they “forced civil rights down the throats of decent people.”!
He is also quite stupid. As remarks he has made bear witness:

The case, Alan Keyes, et al. v Barack H. Obama, et al. was filed on Inauguration Day and is one of a raft of suits alleging Obama is ineligible to be president because he is not a "natural born citizen, despite the fact that he has been vetted for State and US Senate seats....

The shysters for a Florida Fox affiliate, successfully argued that the First Amendment somehow gives broadcasters the right to lie or deliberately distort news reports on the public airwaves!
On February 14 2005, a Florida Appeals court ruled there is absolutely nothing illegal about lying, concealing or distorting information by a major press organization. Thereby proving that Florida is where they send the stupid bureaucrats!
The court reversed the $425,000 jury verdict in favor of journalist Jane Akre who charged she was pressured by Fox Television management and lawyers to air what she knew and documented to be false information. The ruling basically declares it is technically not against any law, rule, or regulation to deliberately lie or distort the news on a television broadcast.
On August 18, 2000, a six-person jury was unanimous in its conclusion that Akre was indeed fired for threatening to report the station's pressure to broadcast what jurors decided was "a false, distorted, or slanted" story about the widespread use of growth hormone in dairy cows.
The court did not dispute the heart of Akre's claim, that Fox pressured her to broadcast a bogus story to protect the broadcaster from having to defend the truth in court, as well as suffer the ire of irate advertisers. Fox argued from the First Amendment, and failed on three separate occasions, in front of three different judges, to have the case tossed out on the grounds there is no hard, fast, and written rule against deliberate distortion of the news.
Lies are now protected as free speech! Try that the next time you get a ticket, or are charged with perjury......
In its six-page written decision, the Court of Appeals held that the Federal Communications Commission decades old position against news distortion is only a "policy," not a promulgated law, rule, or regulation. Fox aired a report after the ruling saying it was "totally vindicated" by the verdict.
So there you have it, FAUX news, court sanctioned lies!

Socialism, Marxism, Leninism, fascism, Nazism, Stalinism, Maoism -- few, if any, "-isms" have been left off as the right turns up the volume and the vitriol in its daily verbal assault on the Obama's agenda.
According to a search from TVEyes.com, since Obama's inauguration in January, these terms and others like them have been thrown around on cable news at least 3,000 times. Add conservative talk radio and the nation's newspaper op-ed pages to the mix and watch that figure grow exponentially!
Take the third most-listened-to radio voice in America, San Francisco's Michael "I think Autistic kids are faking it" Savage, who recently called Obama "a neo-Marxist fascist dictator in the making." That's one of the nicer things this classless tool has said of the president during his daily three-hour hatefest. He's also claimed that the "radical left," including Obama, "dreams" of "Maoist revolution" with "death camps" and that Obama appointees "actually have almost the same exact policies as the Nazi Party did." Facts are obviously not even a part of his show, he offers nothing to back his imbecilic claims.
Then there's Fox News' "Make it up on the spot" king, Sean Hannity, who has dubbed the United States under Obama the "United States of France" (bonus points for the clever tie in with the despised French) and the president himself "Commissar-in-Chief." Hannity, who would never pass up an opportunity to regurgitate GOP talking points, has even lauded House Republicans for finally using the "S-word." He's also said the Obama administration "is on a mission to hijack Capitalism in favor of Collectivism. ... The Bolsheviks have already arrived." He opened one recent show by declaring, "Day number 52 of the Socialism that you've been waiting for." At least he can count. Spelling, on the other hand, doesn't appear to be Hannity's strong suit. His Commie hating blood runs so -- well, red, I guess, that his program recently misspelled "comrades" in their on-air graphics!
The same clueless tards who've compared progressive policy to Communism have gone on to accuse the president and other Democrats of "McCarthyism! WTF?!? The mind bogglingly stupidity of this comparison is obviously lost on those screaming it the loudest!
It would be a bit like calling forth demons and cavorting with Satan days before kicking off a witch hunt!
No issue bunches the panties of conservatives quite like health-care reform! For more than 75 years, conservatives have smeared attempts to reform our faltering health-care system by labeling it the scary sounding "socialized medicine."
Anyone who argues that Obama's health-care reform initiatives amount to "socialized medicine" is being disingenuous at best. At worst, they lack the basic knowledge of what "socialized medicine" actually is.
Simply put, health-care initiatives that leave the for-profit health insurance industry alone, reform that leaves doctors free to offer their services outside of a government system, reform that gives people a choice between a private health-care plan over a government plan simply can't be described with any honesty as "socialized medicine."
As the Urban Institute put it last year, "socialized medicine involves government financing and direct provision of health care services," and therefore, current progressive health-care reform proposals do not "fit this description."
Of course facts in evidence have never stopped conservatives from claiming otherwise for decades. Since the 1930s, these twits have assailed at least 16 different progressive health-care reform initiatives as "socialized medicine" or as a step that would inevitably lead in that direction.
Franklin Roosevelt's consideration of government health insurance when drafting the 1935 bill that created Social Security, or Lyndon Johnson's 1965 amendment to the Social Security Act establishing Medicare?
Conservatives were quick to run with the "socialized medicine" smear.
Ronald Reagan, patron saint of greedy fucktards everywhere actually released an album full of inflammatory language in 1964, when he was on the stump for Barry Goldwater, in his Presidential bid said of Medicare, "Will you resist the temptation to get a government handout for your community? Realize that the doctor's fight against socialized medicine is your fight. We can't socialize the doctors without socializing the patients." Of course likening it to the dreaded Socialism......
It is their one trick pony, in order to keep Big Pharma, and Insurance political donations, contributions and bribes pouring in, they will happily sell your life, and your health for some lobbyist cash, or a fat campaign contribution, or in Billy Tauzin's case, a multi million dollar position as CEO of a corporation Tauzin sponsored a bill for!

Today, on a conservative radio show, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) let her mouth work without using her brain, or facts, or reality and told KLTK's Chris Baker that she opposes she stimulus because we're "running out of rich people in this country."
Can you fucking believe it?
Remember this is the idiot that said on Chris Matthews last October that Obama is anti-American. When Chris Matthews asked her how many other members of Congress are anti-American, Bachmann said that the media should investigate and find out which members of Congress are anti-American.
1. She tried to get creationism taught in school
2. Her husband runs a "Pray-away-the-gay" center
3. If you are not with her you are Anti-American
4. Extremely inappropriate with the last POTUS
5. Tried to get Aladdin banned because it endorsed witchcraft
6. Thinks it is appropriate to use a nuclear first strike again Iran

* ACORN is "under federal indictment for voter fraud," but the stimulus bill nevertheless gives ACORN "$5 billion." (In reality, ACORN is not under federal indictment and isn't mentioned in the stimulus bill at all.)
* many members of Congress have "a real aversion to capitalism."
* the stimulus bill includes a measure to create a "rationing board" for health care, and after the bill becomes law, "your doctor will no longer be able to make your healthcare decisions with you." (By having your medical records up to date and available at bedside....she gleaned this!)
* the recovery package is part of a Democratic conspiracy to "direct" funding away from Republican districts, so Democratic districts can "suck up" all federal funds. Bachmann doesn't think this will work because, as she put it, "We're running out of rich people in this country."
* the "Community-Organizer-in-Chief" is also orchestrating a conspiracy involving the Census Bureau, which the president will use to redraw congressional lines to keep Democrats in power for up to "40 years." When the host said he was confused, noting that congressional district lines are drawn at the state level, Bachmann said Obama's non-existent plan is an "anti-constitutional move." (And she should know all about the Constitution, as she backed Huckabee to bend the Constitution closer to Biblical law..)
Maybe she forgot her tin foil hat!

For those of you that think Palin is a competent politician, yesterday, Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK)gave an interview at an NBC affiliate in Colorado. In response to a question sent to the network by a third grader at a local elementary school about what the Vice President does She lets her expertise flow:
Q: Brandon Garcia wants to know, “What does the Vice President do?”
PALIN: That’s something that Piper would ask me! … They’re in charge of the U.S. Senate so if they want to they can really get in there with the senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom.
Palin suggests that questions about what the Vice President does is something only her daughter Piper would ask, Palin herself asked this very question on national television in July. Apparently, she still hasn’t learned the correct answer.

WTF? John Goodman, president of the National Center for Policy Analysis, a right-leaning Dallas-based think tank,(Yet another reason to distrust Texas) who helped craft McCain's health care policy added: "So I have a solution. And it will cost not one thin dime," Mr. Goodman said. "The next president of the United States should sign an executive order requiring the Census Bureau to cease and desist from describing any American - even illegal aliens - as uninsured. Instead, the bureau should categorize people according to the likely source of payment should they need care."
So that is the crux of the McCain health plan. Go to the ER and the Government will pay for it.
So then do I take my wife to the ER for her Lupus treatments and checkups? Not bloody likely!
